Can I print and download articles from the portal?

The licences signed with publishers and resource providers give authorized users the right to search, query, print and download articles for their own personal use or for the purpose of study and research. On the other hand, it is strictly prohibited to download or save full or systematic copies of whole journal issues. Similarly, all redistribution or commercial use of the resources concerned is also prohibited.
