Why is there reserved access to the portal’s resources?

The digital resources specific to each scientific community are acquired by the CNRS and its Institutes according to each Institute’s disciplinary field. A defined number of rights holders is declared to the publishers concerned and therefore access needs to be reserved to respect contracts made with the publishers.
