Support plan for French scientific publishing signed with EDP Sciences: 29 new titles
Following on from the recommendations from the application of the French Digital Republic Act (article 30), the CNRS adhered to the memorandum of understanding (2017-2021) for the support plan for French scientific publishing signed with EDP Sciences, the Couperin.org consortium and the Bibliographic Agency for Higher Education (Abes).
To meet the objectives of the support plan, publishers have to broaden the scope of the beneficiaries to the full text of the Full collection, commit to developing open access publication and working with a quality approach to the modernization of dissemination platforms and access to journals. The CNRS has issued conditions related to the Open Access objectives in the protocol and to the institution’s future requirements.
The promotion of Open Science results in a tangible commitment and this agreement therefore enable researchers from CNRS units to access the full text versions of the 29 journals of the Full Collection listed below:
