Dans le cadre de la campagne de découverte des ressources électroniques 2016 de Bibliovie, la ressource Genevestigator de l’éditeur Nebion vous est proposée.
GENEVESTIGATOR est un moteur de recherche puissant consacré à l’expression génétique. Il compile des milliers d’expériences bien décrites avec annotation manuelle de biopuces et de séquençages de l’ARN, et permet de clairement visualiser l’expression génétique dans divers contextes biologiques tels que les maladies, médicaments, tissus, cancers, lignées cellulaires ou génotypes. La grande diversité d’expériences annotées permet à GENEVESTIGATOR d’examiner vos collections de gènes et de données par rapport à un large spectre de profils et de séries de données de référence.
GENEVESTIGATOR vous permet :
